  • Location
    • Judging will be held indoors in the Grand Ballroom of the Olympia Resort
  • Regular Classes and Best of Breed:
    • Judge
      • Sandra Bell, Glanhafon Welsh Springer Spaniels – England
    • Special Competitions to be judged after Best of Breed has been awarded
    • Special Competitions to include:
      • Judge's Award of Merit
        At the discretion of the judge, an additional award made to outstanding entries in Best of Breed that are not judged to be Best of Breed, Best of Opposite Sex, Select Dog or Select Bitch. One award of merit will be available for every 10 entries in the Best of Breed class
      • Best Puppy Dog / Bitch
        The first place winner, dog class and bitch class, for the 6 – 9 month and 9 – 12 month classes will be judged to determine the best Puppy
      • Best Junior Dog / Bitch
        The first place winner, dog class and bitch class, for the 12 – 18 month classes will be judged to determine the best Junior
      • Best Bred By Exhibitor Dog / Bitch
        The first place winner, dog class and bitch class, will be judged to determine the Best Bred by Exhibitor
      • Best Hunting Dog / Bitch
        The first place winner, dog class and bitch class, for hunting class divisions will be judged to determine the best Hunting exhibit
      • Best Veteran Dog / Bitch
        The first place winner, dog classes and bitch classes, will be judged to determine the best Veteran exhibit

• Welsh Springer Spaniel "Garage" Sale
  • To be held Wednesday, May 2, 2012 and Thursday, May 3, 2012
• There will be a separate table for "trash to treasures". This table will allow you to share grooming, training, toys or other dog related items that you have that just didn't work out for you but might work out for someone else. It will give someone else a chance to use them at a reduced rate. So bring in those ½ used shampoos, grooming tools, beds, toys and anything else. Proceeds from this sale will be donated to rescue and WSS donor advised fund with AKC/CHF.
