Planned & Completed Events

The WSSCA Calendar has two purposes. The first is to keep Club members informed of current and upcoming activities that the Parent Club and Regional Clubs are planning. The second is to keep Club members informed of the results of these planned activities.

While it is reasonably easy to keep abreast of the planned activities it is much more difficult to produce the completed results of these activities. At times requests for information must be made two or three times and the information received is often marginal and at times non-existent.

It is requested that the Parent and Regional Clubs, as part of their planning for each event, assign a Public Relations Coordinator or insure that the Corresponding Secretary is charged with keeping the webmaster and newsletter editor informed of not only changes in plans but also of the results of these events.
